Every driver in our network holds a current government-issued registration and has been cleared through a police verification process. We carry their ID files. You receive their name, photo, and vehicle number before the trip begins.
Every property is personally reviewed by our team for security: room locks, entrance access, neighbourhood safety, emergency exits, and staff conduct. We do not rely on online reviews alone — we visit in person.
A working local SIM card is provided before your first full day in India. You have connectivity from the moment you arrive. Not after hunting a phone shop. From the airport.
You receive a detailed written briefing covering local dress expectations, temple etiquette, safe payment practices, how to handle unwanted attention, and phrases in local languages that matter in a pinch. Written by Chetna, not a travel agency.
Your itinerary, passport number, insurance details, and home emergency contacts are filed with our operations team before you travel. If something goes wrong, we never start from zero.
