Sample 5-Day Itinerary
This is one possible route — every itinerary we build is fully customised around your interests, pace, and travel style. Extensions to Varanasi, Ranthambore, and Amritsar are available.
Delhi
You’ll be picked up from the airport and comfortably driven to your hotel. Later in the afternoon, step into the chaos and charm of Old Delhi — wander through the buzzing lanes of Chandni Chowk, stand in awe of the sheer scale of Jama Masjid, and explore the famous spice market where the air is thick with colour and aroma. As evening sets in, head to India Gate, where the soft golden light and relaxed vibe make it a perfect way to soak in the city. You’ll also meet your guide for a quick briefing to get ready for the journey ahead.

Start your day at Humayun's Tomb — often seen as the architectural inspiration for the Taj Mahal, yet far more peaceful and intimate. Its perfectly laid-out gardens invite you to slow down and take it all in. Then head to Qutub Minar, the 73-metre-tall tower that has stood here for centuries, quietly telling stories of India’s earliest Islamic architecture.
By late morning, unwind at Lodhi Garden, where locals walk, relax, and life moves at an easy pace among historic tombs and greenery. Later, enjoy a drive through Lutyens' Delhi — wide boulevards, stately bungalows, and a completely different side of the city shaped during the British era.
After lunch, begin your journey to Agra by road (around 3.5 hours), watching the landscape gradually shift as you leave Delhi behind.
Agra
Begin early with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal — the gates open at 6am, just before the crowds arrive. In that quiet golden hour, the marble seems to glow softly, making it one of those moments that stays with you. You’ll be accompanied by a private guide accredited by the Archaeological Survey of India, adding depth and context to what you’re seeing.
After breakfast, explore the grand Agra Fort, a red sandstone fortress that once served as the seat of Mughal power. Later, begin your drive to Jaipur (around 4 hours), stopping en route at Fatehpur Sikri — a beautifully preserved, deserted capital that glows deep red as the evening light settles over its palaces and courtyards.
Jaipur
Start early at Amber Fort, where the sandstone walls glow beautifully in the soft morning light, long before the heat and crowds set in. Then head into the city to explore the City Palace Jaipur with a local guide, who brings its courtyards, museums, and royal stories to life.
Pause at the iconic Hawa Mahal, with its intricate pink latticework — one of the most photographed sights in the city. Later, visit Sanganer for a hands-on block-printing experience, where local artisans walk you through the process and even hand you the ink to try it yourself.
If you’re interested, you can also explore Jaipur’s gem-cutting district — the city is known as India’s gem capital, and stepping inside a workshop to see the craftsmanship up close is surprisingly fascinating.
Jaipur
Visit Jantar Mantar — a UNESCO-listed marvel built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in 1734. Its massive stone instruments may look ancient, but they’re still incredibly precise, measuring time and celestial movements down to the second.
In the evening, head up to Nahargarh Fort for sunset. From here, you can watch the city slowly soften into shades of pink as the light fades — one of the best views in Jaipur.
Spend the afternoon exploring the local bazaars — Johari Bazaar for sparkling jewellery and Bapu Bazaar for colourful textiles and souvenirs.
