It’s always nerve wracking booking a tour company on the other side of the world, but oh my gosh was I amazed by the coordination, care, and dedication from Taj Travel Services. I messaged the company months before my arrival and was able to chat back and forth with Samarth who made my itinerary based on what I had told him I wanted to see. For example, I told him I wanted CRAZYYY India, so he brought me on local transport, old Delhi markets, and just every request I had was met. I did the golden triangle tour. Shoutout to Jaya in Agra who became my favorite tour guide ever. She was so kind and welcoming. I had the BEST time with her. Also, my driver Ikrar was just amazing. He genuinely cared for my safety, my needs, and wanted to keep me happy. He is the best and deserves a raise and much more!!!! Overall 10/10 experience.

One of most wonderful trip of my life, visiting Agra
It was the time of Spring in USA, March-2023, I had boarded the flight from New York, on a solo trip for the first time, but actually ended up at a trip filled up with all friendly joy and warmth, thanks to the outstanding services
The passionate tour guides of RoamRani, have added next level of excellence to my experience in all wonderful aspects.
I have been accompanied by Samarth to the Taj Mahal for all the 3 days of my stay at Agra . He has been like a heritage -project research guide on the Taj, as I was intending to explore the Taj extensively. He has even meticulously planned all the finer details during my stay, like authentic breakfast place, local delicacies as per my interest, guiding through the lifestyle in Agra and also navigated me through the authentic arts & crafts stores, while suggesting on reasonable gift ideas for friends.
Then I met another impressive member of RoamRani, Naveen Upadhayay. I got introduced to the grandeur of Agra Fort by Naveen and got connected to the 500 years old history of Mughal Empire in an in-depth narrative way. He had even made sure that my journey back from Agra is super comfortable.
The inevitable part of visiting Agra is to stop by Fatehpur Sikri as well, which would not have been same if I wasn't accompanied by Mehraj Ali, another outstanding tour guide. He is a story-teller. I was engrossed to the tales and sagas of the most powerful Emperor Akbar of the Mughal dynasty.
He made me feel a belonging-ness to the yester-time, a sense of being lost into the history, into the era of ancient world.
Also, he is definitely a talented photographer too, who actually gifted me the best of pictures from my solo visit to Agra.
Last but not the least, the drivers of the car services from RoamRani are also very nice to make the roads comfortable and enjoyable.
Must say, it felt like my trip was guided by long known friends, the way every finer detail was taken care. I have experienced the best of hospitality, warmth of friendly care and respect, and a safe joyful trip to Agra.
Thanks to Samarth for such a cherished memory which I will fondly remember for the years to come.

Had the pleasure of touring through Agra and Delhi with Samarth and Naveen.
We came to India with a group of 20. We arrived at the airport gate and were greeted by them, since the moment we depart they did an expert job at tending to our every need, the service was impeccable. we stayed in Delhi for 2 days, the Taj Crew took us to the hottest spots in town are were quick to arrange great alternatives which are so important because of the unpredictable way of things in Delhi. Agra was a phenomenal experience after the taj mahal they took us to a hidden factory where the families of the taj mahal builders work and create beautiful stone art. they also took us to an Indian dance party, and showed us the best spots to buy authentic jewelry, arts, and scarves. I truly feel like we got the most we possibly could after our three days with them
At each spot we visited, our tour guide Samarth gave us (in perfect English) a rich historical rundown and a look into Indian culture. My favorite thing about Samarth was his full, uncensored depiction, of India, he did not shy away from telling us where India was failing and had failed in the past.
India is full of surprises and logistical nightmares, from places not taking cards, places closing early without warning to heavy traffic. this is where Naveen came in, he exchanged cash on the bus, made sure we were hydrated, found new hotels created new itineraries, and made a trip that would have been a complete disaster had it been planned by me, feel like a breeze.
all in all, it was a 10 out of ten experience we would not have had without you. Thank you so much for showing us the real India.

From the initial email to Samarth things went smoothly for planning. We asked for a custom itinerary and he provided exactly what we needed. Communication was easy and payment went smoothly. We arrived and were greeted by our pleasant driver, Chand. He remained our driver for the entire trip and was friendly, courteous, and helpful with all of our questions. We always felt safe while in the car with Chand, which says a lot because the driving can be intense! Our first two days of touring in Agra we were guided by Naveen, who is wonderfully educated and easy to speak with. He has such knowledge of the area and was able to take us to some very specific shops and locations. While in Jaipur we were guided by Raj, who again made the trip memorable. Full of knowledge and energy, he was always willing to tackle our list of things to do. Lastly we visited Delhi and were guided by Indu. Indu is a very sweet young woman who speaks English very well and is full of information and history.
Last minute we decided to add a day in Udaipur and Samarth was willing to assist us without hesitancy. He arranged a driver, Firoz, and a guide, Javed, and they were both friendly, energetic, and outgoing. We always felt safe in the car and were able to see an amazing amount of stuff for only having a day.
Overall I would absolutely use RoamRani again. Very accommodating, prompt, friendly, educational, and easy going.
